無(wú)氟防水劑 HOLPOSON® ECORING

HOLPOSON® ECORING是不含有氟系的單防整理劑，該系列產(chǎn)品符合REACH法規(guī)、OEKO-TEX Standard 100 等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。目前品牌NIKE、ADIDAS、UNIQLO等服裝公司共同參與制定危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品（ZDHC）路線圖，主要目標(biāo)全面要求停止使用 C8、C6、C4等含氟（PFCs）防水防油劑。HOLPOSON® ECORING 是新理念的功能性紡織品整理劑，單獨(dú)作為非氟防水劑使用，在棉纖維、合成纖維紡織品上具有優(yōu)良的防水及耐水洗效果。防水耐水洗性更優(yōu)異且對(duì)織物色光幾乎無(wú)影響，手感也會(huì)更柔軟。

二、使用方法

1純棉織物

HOLPOSON® ECORING 使用濃度因加工纖維、要求性能、加工條件等而異， 為了獲得耐久性的防水及防水性污漬的效果，我們推薦使用：

HOLPOSON® ECORING：60 - 80 g/L

HOLPOSON®HFM：10~20g/L

調(diào)節(jié)pH：4.5~5

干燥（帶液率 70%）：120℃×90秒

焙烘：160℃×60~90秒

2 涂層前防透漿預(yù)處理

HOLPOSON®ECORING：20-50g/L

HOLPOSON®SO：1g/L

調(diào)節(jié)pH：4.5~5    

烘干120℃×90秒，適當(dāng)焙烘后做涂層處理

3.滌/棉織物（65/35）耐久防水防油整理

HOLPOSON®ECORING：20～25g/L

HOLPOSON®6C：30～50g/L

HOLPOSON®HFM：15～20 g/L

HOLPOSON®SO：3～5 g/L

產(chǎn)品性能

1. 推薦用于棉纖維、合成纖維的耐久防水、防虹吸、耐靜水壓整理。

2. 幾乎不影響加工織物的手感和透氣性，特別適合于水性涂層前的防透漿處理。

3.用于纖維素纖維時(shí)，需配合交聯(lián)劑使用，即可達(dá)到優(yōu)異的耐久防水效果。

注意事項(xiàng)

1． 使用前通過(guò)攪拌慢慢加入HOLPOSON®ECORING 到軟水中 ，工作液切記不要高速攪拌，這是由于高剪切力可能會(huì)破壞乳液。

2.在做防水整理之前，請(qǐng)檢查織物表面的殘留助劑、鹽、纖維等物質(zhì)，這些物質(zhì)的存在會(huì)會(huì)降低防水效果，因此待處理織物必須進(jìn)行充分預(yù)處理，以確保沒有表面活性物質(zhì)殘留。

3.不要一次性配制過(guò)多的工作液長(zhǎng)時(shí)間存放，配制的工作液應(yīng)盡快用完

貯    存

60kg 塑料桶包裝，貯存在 0℃以上的倉(cāng)庫(kù)中，穩(wěn)定期儲(chǔ)存一年。開包使用后應(yīng)確保容器密閉。室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。

Fluorine-Free Finishing Agent

HOLPOSON® ECORING

ECORING is a kind of water-resistant finishing agent which does not contain fluorine. This series of products comply with REACH, OEKO-TEX 100 and other standards. At present, internationally well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, UNIQLO and other clothing companies have jointly participated in the development of a road map for Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC), with the main goal being comprehensively discontinuing the use of C8, C6, C4 and other fluorine-containing (PFCs) waterproof and oil-repellent agents. ECORING is a new functional textile finishing agent. When used as a non fluorine waterproof agent alone, it has excellent waterproof and wash durable effect on cotton fiber and synthetic fiber textiles. The waterproof and wash durable properties are better and have little influence on the fabric color, and the hand feel will be softer.

Usage:

1. Pure cotton fabric

The concentration of ECORING varies with the processing fiber, required performance, processing conditions, etc. In order to obtain durable waterproof and waterproof stains, we recommend the following:

ECORING: 60-80g/L

HFM: 10-20g/L

pH adjustment: 4.5-5

Drying (Liquid rate: 70%) at 120 ℃× 90 seconds, baking at 160 ℃× 60-90 seconds

2. Pretreatment of anti-penetration before coating

ECORING: 20-50g/L

SO: 1g/L

pH: 4.5-5

Drying for 120 ℃× 90 seconds, and make coating after proper baking

3. Durable waterproof and oil-proof finishing of polyester/cotton fabric (65/35)

ECORING: 20-25g/L

6C: 30-50g/L

HFM: 15～20 g/L

SO: 3-5g/L

SOFT: 8-10 g/L

pH: 4.5-5

Processing conditions: Padding, dip and roll once. Liquid rate: 65% (Polyester/cotton)

Drying at 120 ℃× 90 seconds, baking at 160 ℃× 60-90 seconds

Characteristics:

1. It is recommended for durable waterproof, anti-siphon and hydrostatic finishing of cotton and synthetic fibers.

2. It hardly affects the hand feel and air permeability of the processed fabric, and is especially suitable for the anti-penetration treatment before the water-based coating.

3. When it is used for cellulose fiber, it needs to be used with cross-linking agent to achieve excellent durable waterproof effect.

Attentions:

1. Slowly add ECORING to soft water while stirring, and do not stir at high speed. This is because the high shear force may damage the emulsion.

2. Before waterproof finishing, please check the residual auxiliaries, salts, fibers and other substances on the fabric surface. The presence of these substances will reduce the waterproof effect. Therefore, the fabric to be treated must be fully pretreated to ensure that there is no residual surfactant.

3. Do not store too much working solution for a long time, and the prepared working solution shall be used up as soon as possible.
