防水防油整理劑HOLPOSON® ECORING C6-PLUS

HOLPOSON® ECORING C6-PLUS  屬于六碳型含氟整理劑，廣泛應用于滌綸、尼龍及其混紡織物，戶外功能型運動服裝、背包材料的防水防油整理，經其整理后的織物具有良好的防水防油性能。對部分紡織品有提升抗撕裂強度的功能，且可耐水洗。

二、使用方法

 1.浸軋法：

HOLPOSON® ECORING C6-PLUS         30～60g/L

焙烘條件                          170℃ ×1～3分鐘

2.浸漬法：

HOLPOSON®  ECORING C6-PLUS         3-6%（o.w.f）

焙烘條件                           170℃ ×1～3分鐘

產品性能

1.賦予面料優良的防水防油性能，可耐水洗10次以上；

2.對部分紡織品有提升抗撕破強度的作用；

3.處理后的織物手感柔軟，具有良好的透氣性。

注意事項

1.處理后的織物會有加深顏色的效果.請提前確認好加工后的成品顏色；

2.如若與其他助劑混合使用時，請務必提前通過實驗確認效果，防止與其他助劑使用時發生沖突。

3.焙烘溫度應盡可能的高，一般為170-180℃，若溫度較低，則影響面料的防水效果。

4.在進行防水防油處理前，確認面料上是否處理了柔軟劑其他助劑，否則會影響防水防油的效果。

貯    存

HOLPOSON® ECORING C6-PLUS 包裝：60KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個月。     室內存放，避免高溫、嚴寒。

Treated textiles will have excellent waterproof and oil-proof performance. It can improve the tear strength of some textiles and can endure washing

Usage:

1.Padding method:

ECORING C6-PLUS :                        30-60g/L

Baking condition:                            170 ℃× 1-3 minutes

ECORING C6-PLUS :                         3-6% (o.w.f)

Baking condition:                             170℃× 1-3 minutes

Characteristics:

1. Endows fabric with excellent waterproof and oil-proof performance. Treated fabric can endure washing for more than 10 times;

2. It can improve the tear strength of some textiles;

3. The treated fabric is soft and has good air permeability;

Attentions:

Treated fabric will have a deeper color. Please confirm the color of the finished product in advance;

If it is mix-used with other auxiliaries, please confirm the effect through experiment in advance to prevent conflicts with other auxiliaries.

The baking temperature should be as high as possible, generally 170-180 ℃. If the temperature is low, the waterproof effect of the fabric will be affected.

Before the waterproof and oil proof treatment, ensure whether the fabric is treated with softener or other auxiliaries, otherwise it will compromise the waterproof and oil-proof performance.

Storage:

The packaging is 60Kg/plastic barrel. The storage period is 12 months. Store indoor to avoid overheat or severe cold.
