防水防油整理劑HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS

HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS 適用于滌綸、黏膠、棉等混紡織物的整理加工，可以改變纖維表面性能，使纖維表面由親水性變?yōu)槭杷裕x予織物優(yōu)良的防水防油功能，廣泛應(yīng)用于雨衣、帳篷、工作服面料的整理，經(jīng)其整理后的面料，具有良好的透氣性，且多次水洗后，依然具有良好的防水防油性能。

二、使用方法

1.浸軋法：

HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS   20～60g/L  →  170℃ -180℃ 定型 × 1～3分鐘

2.浸漬法：

防水防油整理劑 ECORING C8-PLUS    2 - 6%（o.w.f）  →    170℃ 烘干 × 1～3分鐘

產(chǎn)品性能

1、對部分紡織品有提升抗撕裂強度的功能。

2、HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS賦予棉等纖維素纖維、滌綸、尼龍及其混紡織物優(yōu)良的防水性和防油性。

3、加工效果具有優(yōu)良的耐久性，水洗后自然晾干后能夠重新恢復(fù)良好的防水性。

注意事項

1.處理后的織物會有加深顏色的效果.請?zhí)崆按_認(rèn)好加工后的成品顏色；

2.如若與其他助劑混合使用時，請務(wù)必提前通過實驗確認(rèn)效果，防止與其他助劑使用時發(fā)生沖突。

3.焙烘溫度應(yīng)盡可能的高，一般為170-180℃，若溫度較低，則影響面料的防水效果。

4.在進(jìn)行防水防油處理前，確認(rèn)面料上是否處理了柔軟劑其他助劑，否則會影響防水防油的效果。

貯    存

HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS 包裝：60KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個月。                                                                 室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。

HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS

HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS is suitable for finishing polyester, viscose, cotton and other blended fabrics. It can change the surface properties of the fibers, make the surface of the fibers from hydrophilic to hydrophobic, and endow the fabrics with excellent waterproof and oil-proof functions. It is widely used in the finishing of raincoats, tents and work clothes. After finishing, the fabrics have good air permeability. After washing for many times, they still have good air permeability, waterproof and oil-proof performance.

Usage:

1.    Padding method：

HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS  

20～60g/L,drying at 170℃ -180℃ for 1-3minutes.

2.    Impregnation method：

HOLPOSON®ECORING C8-PLUS  

2 - 6%（o.w.f），drying at 170℃ for 1～3minutes.

Characteristics:

1. It can improve the tear strength of some textiles;

2. HOLPOSON®C8-PLUS gives cotton and other cellulose fibers, polyester, nylon and their blends excellent water and oil resistance;

3. The processing result has excellent durability. After being washed and dried, treated materials restore wash durability.

Attentions:

1. The treated fabric will have deeper color. Please confirm the color of the finished product in advance;

2. If mixed with other auxiliaries, please confirm the effect through experiment in advance to prevent conflicts with other auxiliaries.

3. The baking temperature should be as high as possible, generally 170-180 ℃. If the temperature is low, the waterproof effect of the fabric will be affected.

4. Before the waterproof and oil-proof treatment, confirm whether the fabric is treated with softener and other auxiliaries, otherwise it will affect the waterproof and oil-proof effect.

Storage:

1. Packaging: 60kg/plastic barrel. Storage time: 12 months.

2. Store indoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
