　　自控自吸泵的泵體頂面開孔，再在止回閥閥板后端的出水管側壁開一個相同大小的孔，并用輔助排氣管聯接起來，輔助排氣管中間位置接入一個常閉型的電磁閥，電磁閥和電動空氣控制閥的接法一樣，都是接在接線盒里。自吸泵啟動的時候，電磁閥打開，閥體內分離出來的空氣經過電磁閥向出水管排出，而不用經過止回閥，等泵的進水管的空氣排盡后，泵內開始上壓力，上壓力后的液體就足以推開止回閥的閥板，自控自吸泵就可以正常工作了。
