　　進口防堵單螺桿泵包括泵體，泵體包括料室，且料室為中空結構，料室的上側側壁上設有進料口，料室的一側側壁上設有減速器，減速器的輸出軸貫穿料室的側壁并連接有橫向設置的轉軸，料室的一側側壁上設有橫向設置的輸料管，且輸料管與料室相連通設置，轉軸遠離減速器的一側連接有橫向設置的螺桿軸，輸料管的內壁還設有與螺桿軸相匹配的定子，減速器的一側設有驅動電機，且驅動電機的輸出軸連接有橫向設置的第二轉軸。該單螺桿泵通過對流體進行攪拌和刮動，有效防止將輸料管的管口堵住。

　　進口單螺桿泵屬于轉子式容積泵，它是依靠螺桿與襯套相互嚙合在吸入腔和排出腔產生容積變化來輸送液體的。它是一種內嚙合的密閉式螺桿泵，主要工作部件由具有雙頭螺旋空腔的襯套(定子)和在定子腔內與其嚙合的單頭螺旋螺桿(轉子)組成。當輸入軸通過萬向節驅動轉子繞定子中心作行星回轉時，定子-轉子副就連續地嚙合形成密封腔，這些密封腔容積不變地作勻速軸向運動，進口防堵單螺桿泵把輸送介質從吸入端經定子-轉子副輸送至壓出端，吸入密閉腔內的介質流過定子而不被攪動和破壞。但是現有的單螺紋泵在對流體進行輸送時，由于流體中較重的物質會在料室的強中產生沉淀，最終將輸料管堵塞，影響其后續的正常工作。
