How to choose a flexo printing machine that suits you
You need to understａnd the following aspects
1. Transmission structure, flexographic printing machine with straight gear transmission, flexographic printing machine with helical gear transmission, or flexographic printing machine with synchronous belt transmission. All three types of flexo printing machines can be produced by our company. The printing accuracy of spur gear transmission is relatively poor and the printing speed is relatively slowest. The printing accuracy and speed of helical gear transmission printing machines are higher. The printing accuracy and printing speed of synchronous belt transmission printing machines are the highest.
2. Printing speed, the printing speed is determined by the transmission structure, we divide our printing presses into ordinary flexographic printing presses (actual printing speed of 50 m / min) and medium-speed flexographic printing presses (actual printing speed 70 m / min) and high-speed flexo printing machine (actual printing speed 90 m / min). The actual printing speed of the flexographic printing machine with straight gear transmission can reach 50 meters per minute; the actual printing speed of the flexographic printing machine with helical gear transmission can reach 70 meters per minute. If a closed blade is added, the printing speed can reach 90 meters per minute.
