Operation Steps:

There are two vibration modes of the vibration-density tester: Continue mode (vibrate until power is off) or Counter mode (vibrate until set times to stop). Please select before operation.

Continue mode operation mode:

1. After the speed adjusting button of the machine is turned to the position of O, connect the machine with the control box and then insert the specified power supply.
2. Adjust the height measuring scale to a predetermined filling height. Simply release the height adjusting button and rotate the height of the filling base, then the adjusting button can be locked with a tool.
3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixing ring.
4. Select vibrate mode continue.
5. Turn on the power button, turn the speed control button to the appropriate speed, and press the start button to start the machine.
6. At this point, the machine will vibrate until the power is turned off.

Counter mode Operation mode:

1. After the speed adjusting button of the machine is turned to the position of O, connect the machine with the timing control box and then insert the specified power supply.
2. Adjust the height measuring scale to a predetermined filling height. Simply release the height adjusting button and rotate the height of the filling base, then the adjusting button can be locked with a tool.
3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixing ring.
4. Select vibration Mode Counter.
5. Set the number of vibration times of the count key (0-999 times), turn on the power button, turn the speed adjusting button to the appropriate speed, press the start key and the machine will start to operate. At this time, the number of vibration will be accumulated automatically;When the automatic accumulative times reach the preset times, the machine will automatically cut off the power and stop the filling.
6. Turn off the power again and restart. At this time, the machine will act again.
