Introduction

Drop hammer impact testing machine adopts double-tube structure, which is mainly composed of working table, preventing secondary impact mechanism, hammer body, lifting mechanism, automatic drop hammer mechanism, motor, reducer, electric control box, frame and other parts.It is widely used for the determination of impact resistance of various plastic pipes, and also for the determination of impact of plates and profiles.This series of testing machine is widely used in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, quality inspection departments, production enterprises to do drop hammer impact test.

Execution standard

It meets ISO 3127, GB6112 “determination method for impact resistance of thermoplastic pipes and fittings (drop hammer method)”, GB/T14152 “test method for external impact resistance of thermoplastic pipes — clockwise rotation method”, GB/T 10002, GB/T 13664, GB/T 16800, mt-558, ISO 4422 and other standard requirements, in line with JB/T 9389 requirements for technical conditions of testing machine.

The special accessories can meet the requirements of GB/T 11548 (plate) and GB/T 8814 (profile).
