Installation and commissioning of chili powder mixing machine:

1. Place the chips masala mixing machine in a ventilated and dry place. 3. After the connection is completed, check before the no-load test machine:

4. After completing the above inspection and adjustment, turn on the power supply of the control cabinet and operate:

4.2 Pour the proportioned materials into the barrel, lock the locking handle, and put the water injection hopper on the cover.

4.3 After starting the stirring operation for 10-30 seconds, add the prepared water evenly into the mixing drum, stop after about 30-60 seconds of stirring (the time depends on the raw materials), and open the barrel cover to observe the mixing uniformity of the material. If the requirement is reached, lock the barrel cover, start stirring, open the gate of the feeding port, and release the material!

Maintenance of kurkure masala mixing machine:
