　　進口臥式化工泵包括：泵體、葉輪和泵蓋，葉輪設于泵體的導流腔內，且封閉有泵蓋；葉輪為全開式葉輪，包括加強筋板、設置于加強筋板前端面的多個葉片以及葉輪軸心處的葉輪輪轂，全開式葉輪整體同所述泵體的導流腔內壁間隙配合；葉輪輪轂后端面軸心加工有用于同泵軸連接的螺紋孔，葉輪輪轂的前端面有光滑圓弧狀突起，使流向葉輪入口的液體低阻分配至徑向方向。本實用新型所述的單級臥式化工泵，優化了葉輪入口的水力性能，取消了開式葉輪所需要的耐磨板，取消了中間連接段與軸承箱體間的止口定位配合，使泵的結構簡單，安裝維修更方便；適用于具有磨蝕性或含大顆粒及條狀纖維的介質。
