產品描述 Description

耐高溫型鎧裝測溫光纜是由螺旋不銹鋼軟管內置1～2芯傳感光纖，軟管外加高模量凱夫拉、不銹鋼編織網及鐵氟龍外護套組成。由于采用了鐵弗龍（四氟乙烯）這種特殊材料，克服了傳統螺旋鋼管鎧裝型傳感光纜高低溫范圍狹窄的缺點，使其長期使用溫度擴展到-60℃～150℃，溫度可以達到200℃。此外，鐵弗龍材料的導熱快、絕緣電阻高、耐磨、耐化學腐蝕、不親水、不親油、硬度適中等特點，使光纜的適用領域得到極大的擴展。目前產品廣泛應用于電力、石化等測溫領域。

Heat Resisting Armored Temperature Sensor Cable is compossed by the built-in 1~2 core sensing cable of the spiral stainless steel soft pipe, Kevlar strengthening member, stainless steel braiding, and PTFE outer jacket which could overcome the deficiency of the narrow temperature range of the traditional soiral tube armored sensing cable to-60℃～150℃, even 200℃.In addition, because of many advantages such as quick thermal conductivity, high insulated resistance, hard-wearing, chemical resistance, non-hydrophilic, non-oleophylic, and middle rigidity, the PTFE material largely expands the application of cable. This kind of cable is widely used in the temperature sensing domains such as electric power and petrifaction.
