CIP,又稱清洗定位或定位清洗( Cleaning in place)就地清洗是指不用拆開或移動裝置,即采用高溫、高濃度的洗凈液,對設備裝置加以強力作用,把與液體飲料的接觸面洗凈,對衛生級別要求較嚴格的生產設備的清洗、凈化。

　　CIP, also known as cleaning in place cleaning in place, refers to the cleaning and purification of production equipment which does not need to disassemble or move the device, using high temperature and high concentration of cleaning solution to exert a strong effect on the equipment and device, to clean the contact surface with liquid drinks, and to the production equipment with strict sanitary level requirements.
