Epoxy-activated-μSphere with a 12 atomic spacer is a lyophilized powder, which is used in affinity chromatography, protein chromatography and activated/functionalized matrices. Epoxy-activated μSphere with long spacer has been used in studies informing anti-proliferative activity on human-derived cancer cells as well as cancer prevention. It is suitable for coupling small molecules in preparation of affinity chromatographic matrix.
