PC061 Thiol Activated μSphere預裝柱
Activated thiol-μSphere 4B is a matrix for covalent chromatography, affinity chromatography and activated/functionalized matrices. μSphere 4B has been used to provide the first report of the isolation of aminopeptidase H from a reptile. Activated thiol μSphere has also been used to purify and characterize a neuropeptide-inactivating peptidase.
