產品簡介：

790系列 ClassOne CleanTop 光學平臺是為了將傳統的CleanTop平臺用于超凈間所做的擴展。共有兩種阻尼可選：阻尼和標準阻尼。如果需要，不銹鋼CleanTop“杯"結構也可供選擇。

產品特點：

1、5mm厚的平臺頂板

2、兩個固定等級阻尼

3、CleanTop獨立尼龍杯，每一個螺紋孔下面都是密封的

4、不銹鋼結構頂板、底板和側壁

5、適用于超凈間的設計和包裝

一般技術要求：

核心：鋼制蜂窩封閉孔，0.010英寸厚的鋁箔
核心剪切模量：275000 psi
核心單元尺寸 lt;0.5> 核心密度：13.3lb/ft3(230公斤/立方米)
平面度：0.005英寸。(0.13毫米)
桌面表層：430系列鐵磁不銹鋼

螺紋孔：25mm長尼龍杯（或304不銹鋼杯）

• Core: Steel honeycomb, closed cell, 0.01 in. (0.2 mm) thick foil

• Core shear modulus: 275,000 PSI (19300 kg/cm2)

• Core cell size: <0.5 in.2 (3 cm2)

• Core density: 13.3 lb/ft3 (230 kg/m3)

• Flatness: +/-0.005 in. (0.13 mm) within entire tapped hole pattern, regardless of table size | +/- 0.004 in. (0.1 mm) over a 2 x 2 ft (60 x 60 cm) area

• Top skin: 400 series 3/16 in. (5 mm) thick ferromagnetic stainless steel

• Sidewalls: Stainless steel with damped interior surface

• Tapped holes: Backed by 1 in. (25 mm) long CleanTop nylon cups. Steel cups optional.
