以壓縮空氣為動力,無噪音,無污染,環保;
迷你型式輕巧不占空間,適用於小零件的裝配、成型、熱壓、鉚壓；
結構簡單，順暢性能，極少維修，可根據産品或模具的大小調整工作高度；
氣缸行程調整簡單，氣缸下行速度可調（快速需加裝快速排氣閥）；
機械啓動方式具有雙按鈕開關（或腳踏開關）設計；
氣缸配有止轉的導桿，使工作更精確；
可另加發熱模具及溫度控制箱（用於熱壓、烙印）
氣動壓床出力有100-2200KG供選擇;

1.      Motivated by compressed air, no noise, no pollution, and environmental friendly.

2.      Mini –type save installation space, and fit for the process of small work piece, such as assembling, shaping, hot pressing and riveting.

3.      Simple structure, strong performance, less maintenance. The working height of the machine can be adjusted according to the products or moulds.

4.      Travel position and the lowering speed of cylinder can be easily adjusted （high speed drain tap should be installed when it works in high speed）.

5.      The design of start mode adopts double-button switch （foot pedal switch）.

6.      The cylinder is equipped with stopping guide pole to get to a higher precision.

7.      In addition, hot mould and temperature control box （used to hot press and iron） can be installed.

8.      The output power of this machine ranges from 100~2200kg.

9.      The dimension of the working platen are: width 700×depth 600 ×height 780 （mm）
