YI、開式冷卻塔概述：
開式冷卻塔采用瓶型設(shè)計(jì)，迎風(fēng)負(fù)荷小，組裝容易，堅(jiān)固耐用，每個(gè)部件皆嚴(yán)格按ISO09001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，經(jīng)測試效率達(dá)高，可超低噪音運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。殼體采用FRP（玻璃鋼）制造，耐水性好，強(qiáng)度高，表面可達(dá)鏡面，采用銀灰色可防紫外線不易老化，高效能自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)散水頭，采用高強(qiáng)化塑膠或鋁合金鑄造，壓力低，散水均勻，熱交換率佳，經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用，是中、小型空調(diào)工程的理想選擇。
Overview of open cooling tower:
The open cooling tower adopts bottle type design, with minimum windward load, easy assembly, strong and durable. Each part is produced in strict accordance with ISO09001 standard, with the highest test efficiency and ultra-low noise operation. The shell is made of FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), with good water resistance, high strength, and the surface can reach the mirror surface. It is silver gray, which can prevent ultraviolet rays and is not easy to aging. It is highly efficient and can automatically rotate the diffuser head. It is cast with high-grade reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy, with low pressure, uniform diffuser and the best heat exchange rate. It is economical and practical. 二、開式冷卻塔工作原理：開式冷卻塔是利用水和空氣的接觸，通過蒸發(fā)作用來散去工業(yè)上或制冷空調(diào)中產(chǎn)生的廢熱的種設(shè)備。基本原理是：干燥（低焓值）的空氣經(jīng)過風(fēng)機(jī)的抽動(dòng)后，自進(jìn)風(fēng)網(wǎng)處進(jìn)入冷卻塔內(nèi)；飽和蒸汽分壓力大的高溫水分子向壓力低的空氣流動(dòng)，濕熱（高焓值）的水自播水系統(tǒng)灑入塔內(nèi)。當(dāng)水滴和空氣接觸時(shí)，方面由于空氣與水接觸的直接傳熱，另方面由于水蒸汽表面和空氣之間存在壓力差，在壓力的作用下產(chǎn)生蒸發(fā)現(xiàn)象，即通過與不飽和干空氣熱傳遞帶走水的顯熱，部分水蒸發(fā)將水中的潛熱帶走，從而達(dá)到給冷卻水降溫的目地。產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
