YX、YXC型電接點(diǎn)壓力表簡介

      電接點(diǎn)壓力表適用于測量對銅合金無腐蝕、無爆炸危險(xiǎn)、非結(jié)晶的各種液體、氣體等介質(zhì)的壓力。儀表經(jīng)與相應(yīng)的電氣器件配套使用，可達(dá)到對被測壓力系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)先設(shè)定的zui大或zui小壓力值的雙位自動控制和發(fā)信（報(bào)警）的目的。

      儀表具有測量控制功能，可任意設(shè)定上、下控制壓力值，動作穩(wěn)定可靠，在石油、化工、電站、冶金等工業(yè)企業(yè)及機(jī)電設(shè)備上廣泛配套使用。

Brief Introduction:

      Electrical contact pressure meter is applicable to measure pressures of various such mediums as non- crystallized liquids or gases without danger of explosion that has no corrosive action on copper alloy. This instrument, if used with corresponding electrical devices in supporting set, may achieve the purposes of two-digital automatic control and message sending （alerting）, which show pre-set max. or min. pressures of the tested pressure system.

      This instrument has measuring and controlling function, which enables arbitrary setting of upper and/or lower values of pressure control. With its reliable action, it is widely used supporting device in electromechanical equipments in such industries as petroleum, chemical industry, power station, and metallurgy.

      Electrolysis point series produced by this company include: magnet-booster electric contact, shock resistance electric contact, stainless steel electric contact, diaphragm electric diaphragm, electric contact for ammonia, etc., fully satisfying requirements of applied conditions.

結(jié)構(gòu)原理

      儀表由測量系統(tǒng)、指示裝置、電接點(diǎn)裝置、外殼、調(diào)節(jié)裝置及接線盒等組成。

      當(dāng)被測壓力作用于彈簧管時(shí)，其末端產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的彈性變形——位移，經(jīng)傳動機(jī)構(gòu)放大后，由指示裝置在度盤上指示出來。同時(shí)指針帶動電接點(diǎn)裝置的活動觸點(diǎn)與設(shè)定指針上的觸頭（上限或下限）相接觸的瞬時(shí)，致使控制系統(tǒng)接通或斷開電路，以達(dá)到自動控制和發(fā)信報(bào)警的目的。

      在電接點(diǎn)裝置上裝有可調(diào)節(jié)的磁鋼，可以增加接點(diǎn)吸力，加快接觸動作，從而使觸點(diǎn)接觸可靠，消除電弧，能有效地避免儀表由于工作環(huán)境振動或介質(zhì)壓力脈動造成觸點(diǎn)的頻繁關(guān)斷。所以該儀表具有動作可靠、使用壽命長、觸點(diǎn)開關(guān)功率較大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Configuration principle

     This instrument consists of measuring system, indicating device, magnet-assisted electric contact device, outer housing, adjusting device, and junction box, etc.

      When the pressure acts on the spring pipe, corresponding elastic deformation or displacement occurs at the pipe end accordingly, which is amplified through running gear and displayed in indicating devices dial as the pressure being tested. Meanwhile, indicating needle makes the armature contact of the electric contact device and the contactor （superior limit or lower limit） fixed on needle contact together instantaneously, which causes the controlling system switches on or off, for the purpose of automatic control and alert by sending message.

      A piece of permanent magnetic steel is fixed on the electric contact signaling needle of the electric contact device, so as to reinforce the magnetism of the contactor and speed up the contact action. This may ensure reliable contact of the contactors, to eliminate electric arc, and to avoid such frequent switch-on/off of the contactors caused by the working environment, vibration, or medium pressure pulse of the instrument. This instrument has a lot of advantages, including reliable action, long-term life span of usage, greater power of contact switch, and so on.
