YTP系列隔膜壓力表簡介

    是由一個不同類型的通用壓力表與一個具有特定要求的由連接體和隔膜隔離體組成的隔離器配接而成的。通過這種配接，使一般通用型的壓力表增加了測量腐蝕性強、溫度高、粘度大或含有固態浮游物、易凝固的介質壓力的能力。

    隔膜表主要被用于石油化工、制堿、化纖、染化、制藥、食品和制酷、造紙等工業部門生產過程中測量流體介質壓力。
 

Brief Introduction:

      YTP series diaphragm pressure meter is assembled with a normal pressure meter of same type and a isolator comprising a connector and diaphragm body which requires specific demands. . Through such assembling  connection, the normal pressure meter is enabled with measurement of pressure of such mediums subject to  solidification that have strong causticity, high temperature, high viscosity, and solid floating objects.

      This instrument is principally used to measure pressures of liquids of such industrial departments as petroleum, basic industry, chemical fiber, dyestuff, pharmacy, food stuff, and vinegar in production process.

     For YTP-100B-F stainless steel pressure meter, it is directly connected with I form flange MG. The material isolator, or flange, is 1Cr18Ni9; and the diaphragm is made of Hatscheks alloy. Its measuring scope is 0~1MPa. And its flange standard is PL50-1.6RF. 結構原理

    當測量介質的壓力P作用于隔膜，則隔膜產生變形，壓縮壓力儀表測壓系統的密封液，使其形成P-△P的壓力。當隔膜的剛性足夠小時，則△P也很小，壓力儀表測壓系統形成的壓力就近于測量介質的壓力。

Structure and principle

When the pressure of medium to be tested, or P, acts on diaphragm, deformation of diaphragm occurs accordingly, which compresses the sealing liquid of this instruments pressure measuring system, so as to form a pressure of P-△P. When the rigidity of the diaphragm is small enough to make a small △P, the pressure formed in the measuring system of this pressure meter can be regarded as an similar equivalent pressure to the tested mediums. 

主要技術參數 Principal technical parameters

    1.隔膜表的溫度特性

    由于隔膜表系統填充了密封液作為傳遞壓力的介質，則由于密封液的溫度體膨脹系數，使壓力儀表隨受壓部溫度升高而示值也升高，其溫度影響量與密封液體膨脹系數、隔膜剛度以及受壓部溫度誤差規定不大于0.1%/℃。故隔膜壓力儀表總的溫度影響一般是由通用型儀表溫度影響量與隔膜裝置受壓部溫度影響量兩者之和。

      Temperature features of the diaphragm meter

      As the system of diaphragm meter is padded with sealing liquid for transmission of pressure, due to the temperature coefficient of volume expansion of the sealing liquid, because the temperature increase of pressed parts of the pressure meter will be displayed as indicating value, its temperature influence quantity and coefficient of volume expansion of the sealing liquid, diaphragm rigidity and error in temperature of pressed part are not allow to exceed 0.1%/℃ according to regulations. Therefore, for diaphragm pressure meter, its overall impact caused by temperature generally is a sum of the temperature influence quantity of universal instrument and that of the temperature of diaphragm devices pressed parts.

    2.隔膜表液位差

    尤其對于帶軟連接管的隔膜壓力表，由于受壓部與通用型壓力表安裝位置不同，會產生如圖所示的液位差的影響量△P。

Especially for those diaphragm pressure meter with hose connector, due to difference of pressed parts and installing locality where the universal pressure meter, △P, or influence quantity caused by head of liquid, will be generated and shown in the figure.

    3.隔膜表的耐蝕性

    隔膜表的耐蝕性可通過合理的選擇與測量介質接觸部分的耐蝕性材料材料來保證。

    隔膜材料：316（0Cr17Ni12Mo2）；蒙乃爾合金（Cu30Ni70）；哈氏合金（A、B、C）；鉭（Ta）及氟塑料（F4）。由用戶根據需要進行選擇。

    隔離體材料：0Cr17Ni12Mo2（316不銹鋼）；1Cr18Ni9;1Cr18Ni9Ti;不銹鋼內襯氟塑料（316+F4）等。由用戶根據需要進行選擇。

    密封墊圈材料：丁晴橡膠；鉛片；氟橡膠；硅橡膠及氟等塑料。由用戶根據需要進行選擇。

    Erosion resistance of the diaphragm meter

Diaphragm meters erosion resistance may be protected through appropriate selection of diaphragm that touches the medium to be measured, flange, and material of packing plate.

    Material for diaphragm: 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 （316）, Monel metal （Cu30Ni70）, Hatschek alloy （H276C）, tantalum （Ta）, and fluoroplastics （F4）.

    Material for flange: stainless steel 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 （316）, flouroplastics with stainless steel lined inside （316+F4）.

    Material for packing plate: butadieneacrylonitrile rubber, lead plate, silicone rubber, and flouroplastics.

    4.法蘭的選擇

    目前我國有GB/T（國標）、JB/T（部標）、HG（化工部）三個法蘭標準，DIN（德國）、JIS（日本）、ANSI（美國）等法蘭標準以編入上述三個標準之中。用戶可對法蘭標準進行選擇，也可以接受用戶其它規格的特殊訂貨。

    Selection of flange

    Frequently used standard for flange series is compiled according to GB （P.R. China）, HGJ （Ministry of Chemical Industry）, DIN （Germany）, JIS （Japan）, ANSI （USA）, and so on, together with domestic actual situation of application, for the convenience of clients selection. Customarized special orders for alternative specification are also accepted and welcome.

    5.密封液的選擇

    為保證隔膜表使用可靠性和安全性，應根據不同用途選擇合適的密封液。

    Selection of sealing liquid

    For the purpose to protect the reliability and security of the diaphragm meter in use, applicable sealing liquid for specific use shall be selected appropriay.
