氣動臥閘是煤礦軌道運輸中一種的安全保護裝置。氣動臥閘使用氣體動力實現臥閘的關閉，依靠彈簧力臥閘自動開啟。氣動臥閘始終處于對一方向礦車開啟阻車狀態，阻擋此方向礦車，防止礦車自溜，當此方向礦車需要通過臥閘時，利用氣動操作關閉臥閘放行礦車，當礦車通過后，氣動臥閘自動開啟。對反方向運行礦車不用操作就可通過氣動臥閘，通過后自動開啟。

氣動臥閘主要應用于煤礦軌道運輸路線中，有QWZC6型和QWZC9型，QWZC6型適用于600㎜軌距，QWZC9型適用于900㎜軌距。我公司也可根據用戶要求加工制造專用氣動臥閘。

安裝前應全面檢查各零部件在運輸、保管過程中是否造成缺損,不得使用有缺損的零部件。將氣動臥閘通過工字鋼與鋼軌連接，調整并緊固牢靠，氣缸通過安裝板固定在工字鋼上，連接好氣缸前、后銷軸，再把氣控箱固定在位置，連接好高壓進氣管及氣缸進氣管，調試好后安裝氣缸防護罩。

Maintenance and maintenance

維護保養氣動臥閘的轉動部位應定期加注潤滑油，每班一次。定期維護氣動臥閘，如發現螺栓松動、支架松曠、轉動部分磨損異常等，及時維修或更換。定期對各部件進行防銹處理。

工作原理

氣動臥閘主要由臥閘、傳動軸、搖桿、扭轉彈簧、氣缸、氣控箱等零部件組成。氣動臥閘依靠彈簧力使臥閘始終處于對一方向礦車開啟阻車狀態，阻擋一方向礦車，防止礦車自溜，搬動氣控箱的控制閥，氣缸活塞桿在壓縮空氣的作用下伸出，同時帶動傳動機構的搖桿、傳動軸進行轉動，關閉臥閘，放行礦車，當礦車通過后，搬下氣控箱的控制閥，臥閘自動開啟。對反方向運行礦車不用操作就可通過氣動臥閘，通過后自動開啟。
