底座和緩沖器之間的鉸接作用，使緩沖器受壓縮產(chǎn)生反彈力。

所以緩沖器的緩沖性能是嚴(yán)格按提升容器的重量、運(yùn)行速度進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的，但其 輪頭水平推力一定要小于或等于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。根據(jù)以上 理論設(shè)計(jì)制造出的滾輪罐耳能夠有效滿足用戶要求。

排除方法：調(diào)整滾輪接觸到罐道即可，不要加預(yù)緊力
