Introduction

ATDS-800 thermal desorption instrument is our company independently developed and launched directly for the majority of users at home and abroad. The instrument is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative detection of chemical building materials, food, atmosphere and indoor environment of various gases with boiling point below 350℃. It can be connected with any domestic or foreign gas chromatograph and temperament combination instrument. Its automation degree, repeatability and sensitivity and other indicators can fully meet the current national newly issued standards for environmental detection. Function

1. The sample transmission pipeline adopts high inert deactivation pipeline, no residue, no cross contamination, to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of sample injection;

2, computer program control, the main functions are:

(1) Method parameter setting, real-time display of working status and running time;

⑵ The analytical area, sampling valve and sample transmission tube are heated and controlled separately;

⑶ Set the analysis program and press the Run key to automatically complete the sample analysis;

⑷ Can be installed for normal temperature secondary desorption instrument or low temperature secondary desorption instrument according to user needs;

⑸ Start GC, chromatographic data processing workstation synchronously, also use external program to start the device;

3, this machine comes with the standard sample simulation sampling function, can be more convenient through the thermal desorption instrument production curve;

4, the use of high temperature six way valve, the highest use temperature can reach 240℃;

5, through time programming, automatic desorption, sampling, backblow cleaning and other functions;

6, sample transfer tube and sampling valve have automatic backblowing function, to avoid the cross contamination of different samples;

7, in order to support the use of imported gas chromatograph more convenient and accurate, the instrument is also equipped with a special interface for various imported instruments, easy connection;

8. The connection point of the six-way valve and the transmission pipeline is in the heating insulation box, without transmission cold point, to ensure the integrity of the sample;

9. The needle is easy to change, and can be connected to all types of GC injection ports at home and abroad;
