DXZ type multifunctional travel limiter adjustment program

A. Open the upper cover, check and tighten the 2-M3x55 screws.

B. Loosen the M5 nut.

C. according to the need, the controlled mechanism is opened to the specified position (no load), then the micro-switch corresponding to the control of the mechanism should be switched instantaneously. That is, adjust the corresponding adjustment axis (Z) to make the memory CAM (T) press down the microswitch (WK) contact.

D. Tighten the M5 nut. (The nut must be tightened, otherwise it will produce memory disorder).

E. the mechanism should be repeatedly unloaded several times to verify the accuracy of the memory position. (Repeat the above adjustment if wrong).

F. confirm that the location meets the requirements; Tighten the M5 nut; Put on the cover.

G. after the normal operation of the mechanism, it should be often checked whether the memory control position is changed in order to correct it in time.
