Requirement of Raw Material for pet food machine:

If you need us to provide the formula of the feed pellet machine, before designing the pellet formula, you should first determine the type and growth stage of the animal, and determine the content of nutrients such as protein and energy(dog food pellet machine).
1. The formula of fish feed pellets should not only meet the protein demａnd of fish but also have a reasonable ratio of energy to protein, because the ratio of energy to protein is too high or too low, which is not conducive to the growth of fish.
2. When formulating fish feed pellets, in addition to nutrition, fish satiety should also be considered. In different growth stages, fish have different nutrient requirements. For example, the protein content of feed pellets should be 43%-41% for fry, 37%-42% for fingerlings, and 28%-32% for adult fish.

1.Puppies: 48.5% puffed corn, 33% puffed soybeans, 10% fish meal, 5% rice hull meal, 1.5% calcium carbonate, 0.7% calcium hydrogen phosphate, 0.2% salt.
2.Adult dogs: expanded corn 49.5%, expanded soybean 25%, wheat bran 17%, rice husk powder 5%, calcium carbonate 1%, calcium hydrogen phosphate 1%, salt 0.5%.
