讀數(shù)時間的影響
邵爾A型硬度計在測量時讀數(shù)時間對試驗結(jié)果影響很大。壓針與試樣受壓后立即讀數(shù)與指針穩(wěn)定后再讀數(shù)，所得的結(jié)果相差很大，前者高，后者偏低，二者之差可達(dá)5至7度左右，尤其再合成橡膠測試中較為顯著，這主要使膠料在受壓后產(chǎn)生蠕變所致。一般試樣受壓后應(yīng)立即讀取數(shù)據(jù)（注）。
