　　產品概述:

　　進口氣液混合泵也叫渦流泵、溶氣泵、臭氧水混合泵、氣浮泵、氣水混合泵、混氣泵、曝氣泵、氣液泵。泵是一種臥式安裝的自吸式氣液混合泵系列產品，采用特配電機直聯式結構，采用標準電機軸聯器連接形式。該泵結構、性能全部引進。泵的過流部件全部采用不銹鋼材料精鑄制成。

　　進口氣液混合泵概述

　　進口氣液混合泵的吸入口可以利用負壓作用吸入氣體，所以無需采用空氣壓縮機和大氣噴射器。高速旋轉的泵葉輪將液體與氣體混合攪拌，所以無需攪拌器和混合器。由于泵內的加壓混合，氣體與液體充分溶解，溶解效率可達80 所以無需大型加壓溶氣罐或昂貴的反應塔即可制取高度溶解液。氣液比約為1:9(吸氣量為8-10%),串聯使用可以增加吸氣量。一臺氣液混合泵即可進行氣液吸引、混合、溶解并直接將高度溶解液送至使用點。過泵流量 1-50 M3/H；處理水量1-150 M3/H 。因此，使用氣液混合泵，可以提高溶氣液制取效率、簡化制取裝置、節省場地、大幅降低初次投資、節省運行成本及維護費用。

　　進口氣液混合泵工作條件

　　稀薄、干凈、低粘度或含微細雜質液；

　　液體溫度：-15℃至+120℃ ；

　　氣液比約為1：9(吸氣量為8－10%)；

　　自吸高度為9-NPSH(m)；

　　水平向為吸入口、垂直向為排出口。
