　　進口節能型高粘度轉子泵注意事項

　　一、轉子泵啟動前

　　檢查齒輪箱內的油量是否正常，觀察透明油標，油存量以油標視窗一半為宜，潤滑油應定期更換，一般情況下，運轉4000小時后要全部更換。

　　二、轉子泵的運行

　　泵在運行過程中，應注意電機功率及泵運轉情況，有異常應停泵查找原因。

　　不能用進口管路的閥門調節流量，避免產生氣蝕而造成泵的振動。泵在運行時，嚴禁將進、出口閥門全部關閉
