產品描述：

軸流式水泵具有流量大、揚程低等特點，可輸送溫度不超過50℃的清水及物理化 學性質類似水的其它液體。中小型軸流泵廣泛用于農田排灌，城市給排水，熱電站輸送循環水、 船塢升降水位、水產養殖、鹽場吸送池水及其它水利工程。大型軸流泵主要用于大面積農田排灌、跨流域調水和低洼地區、湖區大面積排水。

結構說明

軸流泵為立式結構，主要由泵體部分和傳動部分組成。

泵休部分主要由進水喇叭、葉輪部件、導葉休、橡膠軸承、泵軸、出水彎管、填料密封件等組成。

葉輪部件由葉輪座、葉片、壓緊螺母組成，出廠前經靜平衡校驗。當用戶需要調節葉片安裝角度時，可卸下葉輪部件，松開壓緊螺母，轉動葉片(如有卡縫螺釘需拆下)使葉片基準線對準葉輪 座上相應的角度刻線，然后擰緊螺母。用戶訂貨時如無特殊說明，出廠時葉片安裝角均為0°，用戶可根據工作性能曲線及工作性能參數表自行調整。

泵軸用碳素結構鋼(45鋼)制成，軸頸表面鍍硬鉻，以提髙耐磨抗蝕性能。泵軸的徑向支 承由上、下兩只橡膠軸承來承擔，起動前需向填料函處的引水管內輸送清水以潤滑上邊一只橡膠 軸承，泵出水后方可停止。

在出水彎管軸孔處采用填料密封，由填料函、填料(油浸石棉盤根)、填料壓蓋組成。
