　　進口切割型管道排污泵，其特征在于：在泵體的進水口處設置有固定刀片，在電機的轉子端部設置有旋轉刀片，旋轉刀片由電機驅動旋轉，旋轉刀片的安裝位置位于葉輪與固定刀片之間。優點是：能夠有效的將污水中的雜物切割并可靠的排放出去；采用雙級切割的方式，提升切割效果，保證雜物能被有效切割，而不會對葉輪葉片產生影響；結構簡單合理，拆裝方便、適于推廣。

　　多數的排污泵實現切割功能是通過葉輪葉片的旋轉來切碎雜物，但該類型的排污泵是讓葉輪充當切割雜物的刀刃，對排污泵的效率影響很大，同時長時間運行后葉片容生嚴重的磨損，排污泵效率降低，達不到原設計參數要求。同時如果雜物較細長的話則會纏繞在葉輪葉片上，導致葉片無法正常轉動，使驅動電機燒毀；而雜物較堅硬的話，會直接損毀葉輪葉片，導致排污泵無法正常使用

　　泵體的進水口處設置有固定刀片，固定刀片的兩端與泵體相連接固定。進口管道排污泵固定刀片用于對雜物進行次切割。沿進水口方向，在固定刀片的后方設置有旋轉刀片，旋轉刀片固定安裝在電機轉子的端部，在電機的驅動下，旋轉刀片可在泵體內部旋轉，從而對雜物進行第二次切割。此時，雜物不僅隨著污水的沖擊力被固定刀片和旋轉刀片所切割，同時由于旋轉刀片臨近于固定刀片，因此在兩者的相對旋轉下雜物還會在兩刀片之間被擠壓粉碎，從而提升切割效果。
