進口雙層轉(zhuǎn)子乳化均質(zhì)泵的泵腔內(nèi)裝有一組雙層定子和雙層轉(zhuǎn)子。轉(zhuǎn)定子及泵腔原材料通過鍛打等多重工藝提高材料的韌性提高耐磨度延長使用壽命轉(zhuǎn)子傳動軸采用高強度復(fù)合材料，與物料接觸部分為316不銹鋼密封形式為水冷卻雙端面機械密封。泵軸由軸承箱支撐，有效控制軸振動通過聯(lián)軸器與電機相聯(lián)。該產(chǎn)品的工作原理是將物料從進口吸入，進行全面均質(zhì)乳化后在轉(zhuǎn)子提供的離心力的作用下將物料由出口排出。
