　　進口陶瓷泵裝配對接面的靜密封結構，包括分別覆蓋在泵體與蓋板環形裝配對接面內側的碳化硅陶瓷層密封面、緊密配合在蓋板的碳化硅陶瓷層密封面外側端面的硬質襯環、套接泵體金屬骨架裝配對接面上的柔性襯環、安裝在硬質襯環和柔性襯環之間的密封圈，以及通過螺釘固定在泵體金屬骨架外側的壓環；泵體與蓋板對接后，硬質襯環和柔性襯環內側通過相互匹配的安裝槽軸向壓緊密封圈；通過擰緊螺釘，壓環向內軸向壓緊所述柔性襯環，使柔性襯環的內側端面緊頂在泵體的碳化硅陶瓷層密封面的外側端面，并使柔性襯環產生徑向變形，柔性襯環與泵體金屬骨架裝配對接面之間、柔性襯環與硬質襯環之間均形成緊密配合。

　　進口碳化硅陶瓷泵是一種具有特殊結構的離心泵，所有過流部件均采用金屬骨架內襯碳化硅陶瓷復合材料的特殊結構，輸送介質接觸的部分均為碳化硅陶瓷。所以，碳化硅陶瓷泵具有的耐腐蝕和耐磨蝕性能，應用領域特別廣泛。

　　進口陶瓷泵原理：

　　防止內部介質直接對裝配對接面的靜密封結構造成腐蝕，兩個裝配件在環形裝配對接面的內側均覆蓋有碳化硅陶瓷層密封面，并在兩個碳化硅陶瓷層密封面的外端加工有相互匹配的密封圈安裝槽，泵體與蓋板再裝配時軸向壓緊密封圈，從而實現裝配對接面的靜密封。然而，由于碳化硅陶瓷復合材料的在成型過程中，容易在表面和內部出現貫穿性的縮松缺陷，這種缺陷使得兩個碳化硅陶瓷層密封面之間無法滿足平整度要求，兩個碳化硅陶瓷層密封面間隙密封的效果有限，外側的密封圈直接承受介質的腐蝕，縮短了密封圈的使用壽命，另外，泵體與蓋板的金屬骨架均為預先加工成型后內覆碳化硅陶瓷層，泵體金屬骨架與蓋板的金屬骨架的環形裝配對接面的間隙無法做到緊密配合，并且由于碳化硅陶瓷復合材料具有較大脆性的特點，兩個裝配件在對接時，無法通過對裝配件加熱的形式進行過盈配合，因此，為滿足裝配要求，泵體金屬骨架與蓋板的金屬骨架的環形裝配對接面必然存在較大間隙，這樣導致了密封圈的外側間隙密封的效果同樣有限，密封效果差。
