進口化工流程泵產品特點：

進口化工流程泵是采用的標準管路按API規范設計。葉輪可用閉式、半開式、開式三種。可輸送清潔，含顆粒，含少量氣體介質。也可輸送高溫、低溫、強腐蝕介質。葉輪設有平衡孔加耐腐環，平衡軸向力。

泵體和軸承架用中間連接段連接。根據不同的工況條件，中間連接段可采用不同的材質，避免輸送強腐蝕介質時軸承架、軸承嚴重腐蝕。同時中間連接段設有水冷腔，通冷卻循環水，阻隔高溫介質將高溫傳到軸承上。

密封形式可采用填料密封，單、雙端面機械密封，集裝式單端面機械密封。根據不同情況和用戶對冷卻與沖洗要求，密封可按API682設計規范從案中選用。

軸承架設計有空冷散熱片、風冷風扇、水冷腔三種形式，用戶可根據使用工況選用。軸承由油環從油箱里濺稀油潤滑。油箱內的油由水冷腔的水冷卻，軸承內的熱由冷水帶走，以保證軸承隨時處于正常工作狀態。
