進(jìn)口立式渣漿泵產(chǎn)品介紹：立式渣漿泵，是指泵軸位置與水平面的關(guān)系分為臥式渣漿泵和立式渣漿泵。

　　泵軸位置與水平面平行時(shí)稱為臥式渣漿泵；泵軸位置與水平面垂直時(shí)叫做立式渣漿泵。一般立式渣漿泵用在漿池坑來抽渣漿，泵頭部分要放在液面以下，所以又稱液下渣漿泵，電機(jī)等其他非泵頭部件也投入到渣漿中的泵稱為潛水渣漿泵。

進(jìn)口立式渣漿泵工作原理：在離心力的作用下，液體從葉輪中心被拋向外緣并獲得能量，以高速離開葉輪外緣進(jìn)入蝸形泵殼。在蝸形泵殼中，液體由于流道的逐漸擴(kuò)大而減速，又將部分動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殪o壓能，以較高的壓力流入排出管道，送至需要場所。

　　液體由葉輪中心流向外緣時(shí)，在葉輪中心形成了一定的真空，由于貯槽液面上方的壓力大于泵入口處的壓力，液體便被連續(xù)壓入葉輪中。渣漿泵輸送的是含有渣滓的固體顆粒與水的混合物。但從原理上講渣漿泵屬于離心泵的一種，在鋼鐵企業(yè)主要用于轉(zhuǎn)爐除塵水、高爐煤氣洗滌水、連鑄濁環(huán)水和軋鋼濁環(huán)水等系統(tǒng)的泥漿輸送。

進(jìn)口立式渣漿泵結(jié)構(gòu)：泵體采用雙層泵殼，雙泵殼外殼結(jié)構(gòu)為垂直中開式，出水口位置可按45°間隔，旋轉(zhuǎn)8個(gè)不同位置安裝使用。為有效防止軸封泄露，采用動(dòng)力密封、填料密封或機(jī)械密封組合形式。葉輪與后護(hù)板問設(shè)有迷宮式間隙密封，極大地降低了漿體向填料箱泄露量，有力地保證了密封的可靠性。葉輪設(shè)有背葉片，及時(shí)排出回流漿體，從而提高了容積率，降低了回流及沖蝕，提高了過流部件壽命。為便于檢修及拆卸設(shè)有拆卸環(huán)，避免了因不能拆卸而造成割軸現(xiàn)象。

　　托架結(jié)構(gòu)為水平中開式，為延長軸承的使用壽命，從水力設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。使徑向力和軸向力合理分布，且正確選用軸承形式、型號、冷卻與潤滑方式等，從而達(dá)到了軸承低發(fā)熱、高壽命的要求。

　　軸封裝置對泵體和泵軸之間起密封作用。可防止空氣侵入泵內(nèi)和大量水從泵內(nèi)滲漏出來。離心渣漿泵的密封形式通常采用的是副葉輪加填料密封，副葉輪加填料密封是流體動(dòng)力密封，靠副葉輪產(chǎn)生的壓頭抵抗葉輪出口液體的外漏，同時(shí)利用葉輪蓋板設(shè)背葉片加水封環(huán)和填料來防止空氣進(jìn)入，又用背葉片和水封環(huán)降低填料處的壓力，有防止雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入密封的作用。
