　　進(jìn)口耐酸堿化工泵產(chǎn)品描述：

　　1.泵

　　常用的的濃度為38%，所以，用泵基本上只要是過流部件材質(zhì)為塑料就行了，但如果從使用壽命、性價(jià)比等方面來考慮的話，可以選用氟合金離心泵或磁力泵，這二種泵的價(jià)格、性能都令人滿意。

　　2.泵

　　用泵分為稀用泵與濃用泵，前者可選范圍較大，稀泵可以選工程塑料泵、陶瓷泵、或F46泵、F26泵，后者(濃泵)只能選擇氟塑料(F46)泵了，因?yàn)闈鈺?huì)腐蝕普通的工程塑料，而氟塑料則不會(huì)被腐蝕。還要注意的是濃的密度較高，選泵的時(shí)候電機(jī)功率要注意配大，簡單的算法為“軸功率"*1.84即為輸送濃時(shí)的軸功率。

　　3.泵

　　的腐蝕性非常強(qiáng)，建議選用氟塑料磁力泵(且一定要將該系列泵的陶瓷件換成耐的材料)。

　　4.泵

　　輸送泵也建議選用氟塑料磁力泵，且橡膠密封圈要換成四氟材質(zhì)的。

　　5.醋酸

　　它是有機(jī)酸中腐蝕性的物質(zhì)之一，普通鋼鐵在一切濃度和溫度的醋酸中都會(huì)嚴(yán)重腐蝕，不銹鋼是優(yōu)良的耐醋酸材料，含鉬的316不銹鋼還能適用于高溫和稀醋酸蒸汽。對于高溫高濃醋酸或含有其它腐蝕介質(zhì)等苛刻要求時(shí)，可選用高合金不銹鋼或氟塑料磁力泵
