盛群半導(dǎo)體推出兩線式串列介面的EEPROM記憶體HT2201，提供設(shè)計(jì)人員高效能低成本的EEPROM記憶體，可搭配微控制器(MCU)廣泛應(yīng)用於各類產(chǎn)品上。HT2201容量為1Kb，是一針對資料量不太大的應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品所提供的低容量解決方案，可節(jié)省用戶的EEPROM記憶體成本。

HT2201介面相容於I2C，工作時(shí)只需要兩條訊號(hào)線，提供達(dá)400kHz的時(shí)脈速度，5mS的寫入時(shí)間，及5mA的寫入電流；工作電壓範(fàn)圍為2.2至5.5伏特，可支援零下40℃到85℃的工業(yè)溫度範(fàn)圍。寫入作業(yè)(write operation)具有內(nèi)建計(jì)時(shí)器(built-in timer)可自我計(jì)時(shí)，且自動(dòng)在寫入(write)前先執(zhí)行清除(erase)動(dòng)作。HT2201可承受高達(dá)100萬次的寫入作業(yè)，並可儲(chǔ)存資料達(dá)40年之久。

採用4-pin SIP(single-in-line)及SOT-25超小型的封裝形式，HT2201適用於各類對佔(zhàn)用空間有嚴(yán)格要求的產(chǎn)品。盛群半導(dǎo)體已正式提供本產(chǎn)品之樣品並量產(chǎn)出貨。

The HT2201 is a 1K-bit serial read/write non-volatile memory device using the CMOS floating gate process. Its 1024 bits of memory are organized into 128 words and each word is 8 bits. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential. The HT2201 is guaranteed for 1 million erase/write cycles and 40-year data retention.
